Add cinnamon to your coffee and food to boost your immune system
Spend time in a steam room or sauna
Make raw ginger, turmeric and citrus ice cubes. Blend the ingredients, freeze them in ice trays and then melt them in a cup of hot water with honey
Drinks lots of herbal teas
Gargle with sea salt water for a sore throat
Make chicken soup
